No. I see the gap being large between the androids and Future Gohan. It was made to seem like he was extremely lucky to have only lost his arm.
So who do you mean? 100% Frieza or Mecha-Frieza?

Because 100% Frieza that good right?!
Regular Freeza. Gohan is below him in my opinion. At best I could say they're on par with one another, but that's stretching things to the extreme.
I think in the worst case scenario, Futur Gohan would only be somewhat rivalling 100% Frieza, but technically in a fight he could still win right?! Because of Frieza's stamina.

Also KP, please be serious. This is legitimate.

He's probably around Freeza level, give or take, in my opinion, although his placement is fairly arbitrary at best. It could go many ways (I say this, but there are really only three options, hoho).

Trunks: 100
Gohan (1 arm): 95
<Half 17: 82
Gohan (2 arms): 65
Mecha Freeza: 65
Freeza: 60

I could make it extreme like this if I so desired. I just find it needless. You could perhaps argue that Gohan wouldn't find the androids for the first time if he was weaker than Freeza, but I don't see any reason for him to know that they're at that level.

Was the first fight we see the real first fight or onto the first fight we see?

How high would you say Gohan is, in your own opinion? Only about 100% Frieza level?

We don't know the context of Gohan fighting the androids. Perhaps they found him.

Probably the actual first fight. 17 never mentions any other instances. The dialogue in general seems to imply that they only fought once before.

> “Anyway, it’s been a long time, Son Gohan…It’s been about 1 year, right? I’m surprised you managed to survive after taking a beating like that…”
This is vague, and doesn't necessarily mean that they'd only met once before, but at first glance it certainly sounds more like that than not.

> “This time I’ve trained so that I wouldn’t get beaten. It’s your turn to lose now!”
It doesn't seem like he's "trained so that I wouldn't get beaten" before this. If this is his third or fourth attempt, we'd get more of an indication. Hard to put into words, but I hope you get what I mean.

> “Our turn? …Heh heh heh… Sorry to disappoint you…but I didn’t even use half my power when we fought before.”
He'd probably also mention all the other times he lolstomped Gohan to further humiliate him if they really happened.

Chapter: Trunks: the Story, P14.4, P15.1-2
Trunks: “…I think I’m strong enough to beat the Androids now. We don’t have to go study them in the past!”
Future Bulma: “You’re too naïve. It’s true that you’ve gotten astoundingly strong, but have you forgotten how Gohan was killed 3 years ago? I don’t think you’re that amazingly different than Gohan back then…”

Future Trunks before he left for Earth should be around Mirai Gohan's level. Gohan should be able to clear.

If I were to scale the numbers, it'd look like this. (I made sure not to round the numbers up so to see how it'd look ideally.):

lowest for me

OR

What I'd normally go with if I was to scale. I obviously would normally round the numbers up though.

So against 100% Frieza in a fight, technically he could win in both cases, since in the first one he isn't that far off from Frieza anyways and Frieza doesn't have that great of stamina (but obviously he'd be lower).

I'd say in the second scale he could defeat Mecha-Frieza with skill. The gap is about similar to Goku/Cell, so if Goku could blow off Cell's upper half with a KHH. I think Gohan could maybe defeat Frieza, too. But Goku might be too skilled, so he could lose there.

About Vegeta, I'm not sure.
